In 2019, Pico opened its first restaurant on Skyttegade, Nørrebro. Since then, four additional restaurants have been established, including our newest location in Brønshøj. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will contribute to shaping, developing our new restaurant. The job
Join our team at Pico as a Restaurant Manager and make a significant impact on the success of our establishment. As a key player, you will have the opportunity to shape, develop, and drive the operations. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high employee satisfaction. It should be your driving force to elevate and align all these aspects to a higher level.
We are offering a full-time position with shifts that primarily focus on working during our busiest periods, including a minimum of two full weekends per month. It’s important to highlight that this role requires availability during these high-demand times. We highly value the dedication of our staff during these peak periods, and therefore, we ensure a regular schedule that includes these busy times. We are also open to discussing and accommodating specific needs through alternative arrangements. The salary for this position will be based on qualifications. The start date is ASAP.
About you
- Previous experience in management is a plus but not a requirement; we prioritize a great personality over experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- You are motivating and appreciative, and you have a diplomatic approach towards others
