Please note that the order is only valid once you have received confirmation from one of our employees.
Our kitchens open at 16.30 on weekdays and 12.00 on weekends. If you would like delivery before these times, or very late in the evening, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this. However, we will investigate whether it is possible to accommodate your requested time.
We cannot guarantee delivery between 18.30 and 20.00 due to busy times in the restaurants.
The pizzas are delivered in their regular Trio pizza boxes (containing three mini pizzas). If you want the pizzas to be packed individually in single boxes, you will be charged an additional fee.
We use an external shipping company, and therefore cannot use heated boxes.
Delivery costs 200 kr. per 30 menu, if the delivery address is within 6 km of a Pico Pizza restaurant. If the distance exceeds more than 6 km, a separate delivery price will be calculated via email communication.
Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up a larger order. Please still send us an inquiry. Please note that it is not possible to pay upon pickup for larger orders. We will send an invoice no later than 15 business days after the pickup date.
Once your order has been confirmed by one of our staff via email, you can make changes up to 3 weekdays before the delivery date. We cannot guarantee changes requested less than three days in advance, but we will do our best to accommodate any late requests.
We will send an invoice no later than 15 weekdays after your event. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by card or MobilePay upon delivery. This also applies to large pickup orders.
Yes! At Pico Pizza we have something for everyone. We offer both vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free pizzas. Our gluten-free bases cost +24 dkk per menu. Read more about handling our gluten-free bases here.
We would like to point out that we can offer our vegan pizzas as a dairy-free alternative.
