These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and reservations made with Pico Pizza, including in our restaurants, via our website, and through third party platforms.
Reservations for 1–7 guests can be made via our website (EasyTable). A reservation becomes binding from the moment you receive a confirmation. Bookings must be confirmed with a credit/debit card. An amount of DKK 50 per guest will be reserved. No charge will be made to the card unless guests fail to show up for the reservation.
Cancellations must be made no later than 6 hours before the reservation time and can be done via the link in the confirmation email. Please see the cancellation policy for groups of 8+ guests below.
We will hold the reservation for 15 minutes after the booked time. After that, the table may be released without further notice. Reservations cancelled due to missing payment are not considered valid reservations, and any fees will not be refunded.
Online orders can be placed via our website or app Heaps, as well as through platforms such as Wolt and Uber Eats. When ordering via third party platforms, their own terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner DKK including VAT unless otherwise stated. An order is binding once you have received an order confirmation by email or notification.
Pico Pizza reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of sold out items, technical errors, or suspected misuse. In such cases, you will be contacted as soon as possible and any payment will be fully refunded.
Delivery is carried out by our partners. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Pico Pizza is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Orders are placed via our catering form or by contacting catering@picopizza.dk. An order is only valid once the customer has received a written order confirmation from a Pico Pizza employee. Orders must be placed no later than 3 business days before the requested delivery date in order to guarantee delivery.
Changes to a confirmed order can be made up to 3 business days before the delivery date. Pico Pizza cannot guarantee that change requests made with shorter notice will be accommodated.
Delivery is carried out by an external courier company LastLap. Delivery within 6 km of the nearest Pico Pizza restaurant costs 200 DKK per 30 menus. For delivery addresses located more than 6 km from the nearest restaurant, a separate delivery price is calculated and communicated via email. Pico Pizza is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Delivery outside kitchen opening hours cannot be guaranteed but can be requested and reviewed via email catering@picopizza.dk.
The pizzas are delivered in Trio boxes 3 mini pizzas per box. Wherever possible, the same varieties are packed in the same boxes. If delivery in single boxes is requested, an additional fee applies. Pickup of larger orders is possible and arranged via email.
Pico Pizza offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free pizzas. Gluten free bases incur an additional charge of 24 DKK per menu. Dairy free options are covered by vegan pizzas. See more information about allergens here. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergens.
An invoice is issued no later than 15 business days after the event date. Payment by card or MobilePay upon delivery or pickup is not possible. Prices include VAT for private customers and exclude VAT for business orders.
Various campaigns and discounts, including point accrual reserved for users of the Pico app, cannot be used in connection with catering or large pickup orders.
A service fee is applied to larger orders, which covers administrative work as well as the prioritization of such orders over other orders that may be affected by a catering order.
Bookings for groups of 8+ guests must be made via the group booking form or by contacting grupper@picopizza.dk. A booking is only valid once the customer has received a written order confirmation from a Pico Pizza staff member.
Changes to group bookings of 8+ guests must be made no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the reservation by email to grupper@picopizza.dk.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance for groups of 8–11 guests and 48 hours in advance for groups of 12+ guests. This must be done via the link in the confirmation email.
Groups order from our fixed set menus. The choice of package depends on the size of the group and their preferences. See the current group packages here.
Capacity varies across restaurants. The option of a private room or a sectioned-off area is available at selected locations by arrangement. See an overview of the restaurants here.

All reservations are valid for 2 hours from the agreed start time. The open bar includes unlimited service of drinks during these 2 hours. The arrangement applies to what is consumed within the time period and does not allow unlimited ordering.
The last round will be served 15 minutes before the end of the period, and staff reserve the right to assess whether the amount ordered is reasonable in relation to what can be consumed within the 2 hours. Service may be refused if the amount is considered to exceed a responsible level. Alcohol is not served to persons under the age of 18.
Group bookings must be confirmed with a payment card. An amount of 200 DKK per guest is reserved. No transactions are made from the payment card unless guests fail to show up for the booking.
Children aged 0-2 yrs eat for free. Children aged 3-12 yrs pay half price (excluding dessert).
We love celebrating special occasions, but as seating at Pico is close, we ask all guests to be respectful of both other guests and our staff. If behaviour becomes inappropriate, our staff will address it. In rare cases, we may need to end the visit early without refund.
Offensive, indecent, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal without refund.
We reserve the right to charge guests for costs arising from unacceptable behaviour, including extra cleaning, damages, additional staff, and exceeding the agreed end time.
Gift cards issued by Pico Pizza are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with the rules of the Danish Gift Card Act.
Gift cards can be redeemed at all Pico Pizza restaurants as well as in the webshop. Gift cards can be purchased via LifePeaks on our website.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please store your gift card as cash. You can always email info@picopizza.dk with the order number or the email used when purchasing the gift card, and a staff member can check the remaining balance, resend the gift card, and more.
Pico Pizza accepts payment with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Online payment takes place via an encrypted connection.
The amount is charged to your card upon order confirmation for takeaway orders. For table bookings, only an amount is reserved on the provided payment card. A receipt is sent by email for online purchases.
As our products are prepared food and beverages, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with section 18(2)(4) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (goods that deteriorate quickly).
For gift cards and catering agreements, the specific terms stated above apply.
Pico Pizza processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. Your information is used solely to handle your order, reservation, or inquiry, as well as to improve our service.
We use the following data processors in connection with our services: EasyTable (table bookings), Heaps (takeaway and app), Wolt and Uber Eats (delivery), LifePeaks (gift cards), AllGravy (job applications). A complete list is available in our privacy policy.
Pico Pizza reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The current version will always be available at picopizza.dk.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
