Join us in the forest when mushroom season is at its very best. We’ll meet in Gribskov, where our foraging expert will guide us through the woodland in search of the finest wild mushrooms autumn has to offer.
After a couple of hours outdoors, we’ll head to Pico Nordvest, where the day’s harvest will be transformed into pizza. We’ll then gather for a communal lunch accompanied by a tasting of different wines from Vinhanen.
No prior knowledge of mushrooms is needed. This is a relaxed and welcoming foraging experience for anyone curious about nature and looking to spend an afternoon a little differently.

We’ll continue to Pico Nordvest, where we’ll gather for a communal long-table lunch featuring pizza topped with the mushrooms we foraged earlier in the day.
For those who are interested, Jacob from Vinhanen will serve a glass of each of three carefully selected wines (white, orange, and red) to accompany the meal, while inviting an open conversation about pairing wine with mushrooms and other exceptional seasonal ingredients.
