Once upon a time, dishes like pizza, burgers and hotdogs were looked down upon as informal and bad fast food. As you may remember, it was actually called junk food. Something you ate when it was supposed to be easy and quick, but where you compromised on quality. Now, however, several food concepts have been introduced with gourmet versions of these types of dishes\u2026 and gourmet pizza is one of the most popular.<\/p>

When it comes to gourmet pizza, it’s all about using fresh, high-quality ingredients. At Pico Pizza, our pizza dough<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is fermented for 72 hours, after which it’s used fresh. The same goes for our homemade pizza sauce<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, which is made with as much respect for the tomatoes as possible. It’s about getting the pure tomato flavor as far forward as possible. Our pizza toppings<\/strong><\/span><\/a> are also chosen based on a principle of good taste and high quality. Gourmet pizza can also be about a unique combination of ingredients that you might not always use on a pizza. This can be ingredients like fried capers and lemon oil, for example. We’re always trying to find new tasty, interesting and surprising flavor combinations.<\/p>

GOURMET PIZZA FOR THE WEEKEND AND FOR EVERYDAY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There is never a day when pizza is not appropriate. There was a time when pizza was fast food. Bad food made from the cheapest ingredients. That is not how it works at Pico Pizza. We carefully select our products so that they meet our standards. In other words, we would never serve something that we ourselves would not want to eat.<\/p>

We believe that pizza is just as good for everyday life as it is for the weekend. Both when you want a good meal with proper ingredients after a long day at work, or if there is an occasion to celebrate \u2013 both when you celebrate that it is finally the weekend, or if it is for a birthday, company party or similar.<\/p>

If you need a break from cooking yourself, you can either book a table or order for pick-up. If you are with guests or are holding a larger event, you can also order catering<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>
